JulieFest

Mike Topel is crossing the Borderline to get Into The Groove.  He's coming to celebrate JulieFest, as are all of Toronto's West Coast Swing dancers.  It will be a day to Cherish, as is the woman whose birthday we're celebrating. She'll be the same age as Madonna.  Who's that Girl, it's Julie Epplet, and Mike is her gift to Toronto.  If you don't know Mike, he's more than a Beautiful Stranger, and once you dance with him you'll Open Your Heart.  He's True Blue even to the most Material Girl.  I don't have to Justify My Love of Mike's dancing, see for yourself... it's always in Vogue.  Trust me, Mike is the best social dancer I've ever seen.  Dance with him and you'll see he's Crazy For You as any leader should be.  He knows What It Feels Like For A Girl, and his dancing will make you feel Like A Virgin. 8:30 p.m.:    Dance with West Coast, ChaCha, and Salsa

Saturday May 17th “Madonna Day” at the Dovercourt House

12:30-1:30 p.m.:   Vogue - Let your body groove to the music. Let your body go with the flow with Mike’s body movement class
1:45-2:45 p.m.:    Into the Groove – Tired of dancing there all by yourself? Tonight you’re gonna dance with someone else, and Mike’s gonna give you tips on how to improve your partnering skills
3:00-4:00 p.m.:    Express Yourself – He’s working for you, Followers! Take what the Leader gives you and make it your own with Mike’s Diva (and Divo) Styling Class
8:00-9:00 p.m.:    Like a Virgin – West Coast for the very first time. Lose your virginity with Mike (lol) in a beginner class just before the dance
9:00 p.m.:    Dance, cash bar, and Fabulous Floor Show!
$15 each lesson. Evening lesson includes Dance; Dance only $10
